Shipping & delivery

Every order ships from our partner warehouses inside the European Union and is dispatched within 1–3 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is on its way. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout; the rates below are in euro.

Products that ship to the EU and UK only

A small part of our range — the Nord merino balaclavas and tube scarf, and the Cradle merino baby blankets and gift sets — cannot be shipped to the United States. This is stated on each of those product pages, and the United States will not appear as a delivery option for them at checkout.

Customs, VAT and duties

Deliveries within the EU include Dutch VAT and are not subject to customs charges. Orders to the United Kingdom and the United States are sold without EU VAT; import VAT, duties and any carrier handling fee may be charged by the carrier on delivery and are paid by the recipient. We cannot pre-pay these charges at present.

Delays, damage and lost parcels

Delivery times are estimates from the day of dispatch and can be longer during peak season or because of customs checks. If a parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within 10 business days of the dispatch email, contact us at the address on our Contact page and we will trace or replace it.
