Returns and refunds

Change of mind

You may cancel without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives the last item in your order. You may also notify us before delivery. Where applicable, a deadline ending on a weekend or public holiday extends to the next working day.

Email customersupport@indiesoft.nl with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Include your name and order number to help us identify the purchase. You may also use your customer account. Email us if you cannot access your order online. Your withdrawal notice does not require advance permission from us.

Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us, to Indiesoft, Raaigras 62, 1567 NG Assendelft, Netherlands. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. There is no restocking fee.

Handle goods only as necessary to inspect them and protect them for the return journey. Any deduction for diminished value is limited to loss caused by handling beyond what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, where permitted by law.

Refunds

For cancellation of the entire order, we refund the purchase payments and our least expensive standard outbound delivery charge. An optional delivery upgrade is not reimbursed beyond that standard cost. Refunds are made without undue delay, within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may withhold repayment until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. We use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

Contact customersupport@indiesoft.nl if goods are damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return costs. Photos can help us resolve the issue but are not a blanket condition on your statutory rights. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
